About me
I live and work in Ferindonald, Sleat, the Isle of Skye, Scotland having relocated from Glasgow in 2018. I completed a postgraduate MA in ceramics with distinction at Cardiff School of Art and Design (CSAD) in September 2015. I graduated from Glasgow School of Art (GSA) with a BA Hons in ceramics in 2008 following which I have exhibited regularly and run workshops throughout Central Scotland.
I grew up in Geneva, Switzerland and also lived in France and Italy before moving to London to study fine art at Goldsmiths School of Art . I became interested in how other cultures make art and studied social anthropology at Cambridge University.
A restless soul, I have worked as a lecturer and housing officer, lighting designer, arts journalist, curator and arts administrator. I first moved to Scotland from London 1988, and a brief spell back in London in 1993- 96 excepted, the country has been my home ever since.
